We don't want all teams to play all teams so frequently

ok then I will give you 4 teams.
Unke complete schedule banao for this year.

no need of dates and fixtures. Make it like ( 13th Feb - 20th Feb ).
I will do for the rest 4 teams.

and if at the end there are collisions of date, we will mutually sort it out.
