We're ready for Tests - Campbell:
National selector Alistair Campbell believes Zimbabwe's preparations for their return to Test cricket will stand them in good stead, but admitted that mental strength remained the team's greatest challenge. Zimbabwe are due to return to Tests with a one-off match against Bangladesh, starting on August 4."Obviously there will be nerves flying around on our side because everyone will be watching how we are going to perform," Campbell said. "But the players realise the expectations and they would need to give a good account of themselves. Of course, there is going to be pressure on the boys as they may push too hard to impress.

de Kock steers South Africa to series win:
South Africa Under-19s 205 for 6 (de Kock 78, Wood 2-21) beat England Under-19s 204 (Bell-Drummond 54, Engelbrecht 3-40) by four wickets
South Africa Under-19s stormed to a series win in the 7th ODI against England Under-19s at Canterbury. The home side entered the game needing a win to level the series but were bowled out for 204, which was chased down with four wickets and 11.3 overs to spare.
It was a tough day for the batsmen but Quinton de Kock stood out again with a rapid half-century at the top of the order. He struck 10 fours to make 78 off 68 deliveries and his contribution was enough to set-up the victory.

England question Hot Spot accuracy :
In a series where a half-baked DRS is being used after Hawk-Eye was made optional, England are unconvinced by the Hot Spot technology after they were sure VVS Laxman had edged a delivery but the third umpire couldn't overturn the decision.England were trying to force any early wicket on the second morning when James Anderson and the slips were convinced Laxman had got a thin edge which led to Andrew Strauss calling for a review. However, the Hot Spot camera didn't show any white mark on the bat and despite the third umpire, Billy Bowden, saying he could hear a sound there wasn't enough evidence for him to suggest to Asad Rauf that he should change his call.

Barath admits his batting needs improvement:
Adrian Barath, the West Indies batsman, has said that he would've liked to have played more domestic games before returning to international cricket after a long lay-off. Barath injured his hamstring during a World Cup 2011 warm-up match in February and played his first international game in more than four months against India in Kingston in June."That would have been the best scenario (but) the medical team and selectors saw it fit in the best time to get me back," Barath told the Trinidad-based Newsday. "It's important that there are no niggles. I played the Trindiad & Tobago Twenty20 Festival but you really can't compare that to international cricket."

Jon Lewis to join Surrey:
Seamer Jon Lewis will end his 16-year association with Gloucestershire at the end of this season, having signed a two-year deal with Surrey.Lewis, 35, played one Test for England against Sri Lanka in 2006 and also appeared in 13 ODIs and two Twenty20 internationals.
