Series Preview:
The Trans-Tasman neighbours have always had a big-brother little-brother rivalry.They played their 1st Test ever series way back in 1946.Their 2nd Test series was played 27 yrs later in 1973.
Australia have not lost a Test series vs New Zeland since 1985.Infact New Zeland have won only 1 test series vs Australia(min 2 test match series).
New Zeland is the only team who has held Australia to 0-0 draw in Australia(min 2 test match series). It was way back in 2001.
Currently, These two teams are filled with plenty of youngsters.Although New Zeland is ranked 8th in ICC ranking, both these teams are equally capable of beating each other,considering the fact that Australia have huge injury problems and they are going through a transition period.
Moreover, this series is important for the legend Ricky Ponting.Will this be his last series???Will he be retained again if he fails here also??? Moreover Career of Haddin is on the line.Lots of question to be answered in this Series.
Since the series is being held in Australia,they are favourites, but New Zeland are not far behind and could be making a history.
New Zeland have not won a Test Match vs Australia since 1993.

I won't be able to see the match tomorrow because of morning college.

I thought Australia will bat after Tea and score about 170-180 then I can watch the remaining match as it will start on 4:30 Am and it will finish within 6 Am

But seems,nature has some other plans set for me.

i will so nervous tomorrow to know the result,but wont get that till I return home at 3 PM IST
