First topic message reminder :

Ceat Cricket Ratings was the 1st International Cricket Rating System.
Since none of us have the time to find out who won the matches at what point of the series/tournament etc etc,I have used Ceat System to come to a starting point.
Taking all the ODI matches into consideration before CWC December,I have made the following table:
1.6 pts have been given for each win.
2.0 pts for each loss(No way on Earth negative pts can be given)
3.Bonus points for Series / Tournament wins has been given on the basis of no. of Teams participating in the event. For e.g. two teams = 2 points, Triangular = 3 points, Quadrangular = 4 points and so on
4.Series + P = Total no. of matches before CWC + Total no. of series
5.To adjust the Rating Points wrt ICC Ratings,a multiplying factor of 25 is used: Overall Pts=[(Wins*6*25)+(BP*25)], Rating Pts=Overall Pts/(Series+P).

Now,I suggest to use ICC's Rating System with little modification that ICC's System doesn't give BP in ODI's,but we will give it.
RP=Rating Points
A Series will be counted as 1 match.
If the gap between the RP of the 2 teams before the start of the match is fewer than 40 points, then:
a.The winner scores 50 points more than the opponent's RP
b.The loser scores 50 points fewer than the opponent's RP
c.Each team in a tie scores the opponent's RP

B.If the gap between the RP of the two teams before the start of the match is more than or equal to 40 points, then :
a.The winner, if it is the stronger team, scores 10 points more than its own RP
b.The winner, if it is the weaker team, scores 90 points more than its RP
c.The loser, if it is the stronger team, scores 90 points fewer than its RP
d.The loser, if it is the weaker team, scores 10 points fewer than its own RP
e.The stronger team in a tie scores 40 points fewer than its own RP
f.The weaker team in a tie scores 40 points more than its own RP

In the 2nd Case stronger team means the team with higher RP.
BP will be awarded only for winning the series/tournament at last:
Bonus points for Series / Tournament wins has been given on the basis of no. of Teams participating in the event. For e.g. two teams = 2 points,
Triangular = 3 points, Quadrangular = 4 points and so on.
BP will be multiplied by 25 to adjust to ICC Ratings.This BP*25 will be added to the Match Points.

Calculate the points for a match add it to previous overall points,then divide by (Series + P).Note: Count the series only after it ends.
eg:cosmos won vs superstar in CWC.
Before start of the match the difference between their RP was 40,so 2nd case will be used:
Hence, points for Cosmos=10+90=100, Points for SS=50-10=40
These pts will be added to previous overall pts.
Hence,now Overall pts for Cosmos= 1625+100=1725,Overall pts for SS=300+40=340
To get rating Pts, for Cosmos= overall points/19, for SS=overall pts/7
Note:The number of matches taken here: its 19 & 7 not 15 & 5.i hope you got it what i am trying to say here.
So suppose SS gets eliminated in the 1st round itself,2 matches should be considered at the end of their last match in the event & not 1.

Case 1: If it is not implemented- No Problem.
Case 2: If it is implemented,atleast 2 more people should know this method in case my PC is damaged,they will do that job as I don't use Cell phone,I won't be able to connect anytime.You have to concentrate on only the part which is highlighted in BOLD above.

This Calculation hardly requires a time:

If calculation done scientific Calci or normal calci or PC calci or Mobile calci or any other device,it hardly takes 1-2 minutes to find & recheck the calculation
If calculation is done by mental methods,Abacus,Logarithm Table,Vedic maths or any other method,it will take hardly 5-6 minutes to find and recheck the
calcuation.

SAME METHOD FOR T20 ALSO. I Haven't Prepared the table yet
