Blue Knight Hawks Vs Champions Preview:
The
Blue Knight Hawks are making their debut this month and they will be
touring the Champions - a team which didn't have a perfect last
tournament. Both teams are filled with loads of international
heavyweights. The BKH squad is a pretty surprising one which has some of
the cricketing legends in it. It will be interesting to see if those
retired players can get into form straightway.

Warriors Vs Cosmos Preview:

The
Cosmos- the other name for brilliance. The Cosmos were the inaugural
Twenty20 Boom champions. They are all set to host The Warriors in their
home in the month of August. The Warriors consists of some of the
thrilling cricketers but their performance till date has been very
miserable as they ended at 4th position out of 5 teams in the last
month. The addition of Gilchrist is a very interesting aspect to be
seen. The Cosmos have made 3 changes to their team too and now look even
stronger. As many are saying, this might pan out to be tour of the
month with big names ready to take the center stage.

Dominators Vs Titans Preview:
The
Dominators were off to a dominating start last month in T20 Boom but
were finally brought to the earth by The Cosmos. Ever since they have
looked pretty ordinary. On the other hand, Supreme Titans had a very
poor outing winning just 1 of the first 7 matches but beating Dominators
in their 8th match. That aided the Titan's morale a lot which got
further boosted with inclusion of stars like Ponting and Asif in the
recent mini-auction. Another humdinger on hands as Titans host the
Dominators.

Serena Williams sets up Stanford final against Bartoli:
Serena Williams marched into the final of the Bank of The West Classic with a 6-1 6-2 victory over Sabine Lisicki. The former world number one won 82% of her first serve points and 13 of 17 on her German opponent's second serves."This just continues my journey to do what I can," said Williams, who will play Marion Bartoli in the final.Third seed Bartoli advanced to the final, in California, when Slovakia's Dominika Cibulkova withdrew because of a left abdominal strain.Cibulkova said she had been troubled by the injury all week and was advised by a doctor not to play her last-four match because she could make the injury worse.Williams knows all about injury lay-offs having only recently returned from a year out after a series of health problems, including a cut foot and blood clots in her lungs.

New Zealand humble South Africa:
Zac Guildford and Cory Jane scored two tries apiece as New Zealand beat South Africa 40-7 in the Tri-Nations.Wyatt Crockett and Colin Slade also got on the scoresheet for the All Blacks. The result is South Africa's second defeat of this year's Tri-Nations, having also lost to Australia - who New Zealand face next weekend in Auckland. The match also saw Dan Carter reclaim the all-time Test points record from Jonny Wilkinson when he converted a penalty, his first of 10 points.

ebastian Vettel calls for Red Bull rethink after Hungarian GP:
World champion Sebastian Vettel expressed concern about Red Bull's drop in form after a third race without victory at the Hungarian Grand Prix. The German, who has an 83-point championship lead, started on pole at the Hungaroring but finished second behind McLaren's Jenson Button."We tried to win, there had been a chance but we didn't use it," said Vettel. "We need to look into that."We've seen how quickly things can change so we need to win again."Vettel built his championship lead by winning six of the first eight races in a breathtaking start to the season. But the defending world champion's last victory came in Valencia and since then Fernando Alonso has won in Britain for Ferrari with McLaren drivers Lewis Hamilton and Jenson Button taking a victory apiece in Germany and Hungary.

I have to beat Vettel in every race - Jenson Button:
McLaren's Jenson Button will ignore the drivers' championship and target beating Sebastian Vettel on a race-by-race basis after winning in Hungary. The Englishman admitted that failing to finish the two previous races had made his chances of catching the Red Bull driver in the championship very slim."Coming here I just got my head down and focused," said Button."I have to beat Seb in every race from now on, and we'll go out and try and do just that."Button said McLaren intended to make the most of the momentum they have established when the season resumes in Belgium in three weeks' time.

Undercooked India lack fight - Sourav Ganguly:
Former India captain Sourav Ganguly has criticised the current side for being under-prepared and said the batsmen need to "put their bodies on the line" if they are to salvage anything from their Test series in England.Mahendra Singh Dhoni's struggling team followed a 196-run defeat at Lord's with a 319-run loss at Trent Bridge on Monday to go 2-0 down in the series with two Tests to play.Ganguly, who captained India to more Test victories (21) than any other skipper, said their under-par displays were partly due to the decision to play just one-warm up game in England before the start of the series."I am a firm believer that every time you tour you need at least two warm-up games, and they absolutely could have played an extra game," Ganguly told BBC Sport."They have been very ordinary. I expected a lot more from this team, especially they way they performed here in 2002 and 2007."
