Some decisions by HR Team management

After a long meeting session among the Bosses of the team, The Hurricanes have come with a few surprising changes. The Hurricanes are having a bad time in last 1 and a half month. They have won 2 matches out of 11 games including both formats.

1. A new OD captain :

It's official now. Parth Dedhia to lead The Hurricanes in future in the longer version of the game. The team wants a young captain to replace Haseeh. Haseeh has himself looked out of touch a bit and this comes as a shocking decision.


A beg reward for Parth's commitment towards the team.

Team Management : This was always going to happen whether now or a few months later. Parth has the potential to become a top class captain. We often see him set the field during our matches. He is a good player and hope that he becomes a good captain too.

2. Patience is the key :

The team management is still showing faith open the players after continuous bad performance. This is what they had to say

" We have played good cricket at times and we need to increase those times and we can be a better side. The players are world class and there is no doubt that they are match winners on their day. We are just waiting for them to click and get into sorts. Removing the players and getting new ones will be mad stuff. We dont want that for sure. Hopefully we will start the winning part soon."


The team has been practicing hard without much result so far.


3. T20 captain remains same :

Haseeh stays as the T20 captain of the team. Parth has been made captain only for the OD part. He has a good record as a captain in the T20 version of the game and hopefully he will continue with his good work. He is a guy who works very very hard and has a good reputation among the team mates and the fans.


He will have his work cut out after Parth takes over as OD captain.
