Best Management Team Award- Sept

HI!
Any site runs with users and its Management Team, but what exactly in management team runs the site and manages is in itself a different story.Management team has two components:
1. Administrators
2. Moderators

where administrators are the final body or the Head of Management , moderators the Basic Runners of all things who works closely with the members of the site.
Administrators control moderators but moderators control the members.
Any problem faced by members are refered to modeartors and any problem faced by modeartors goes to Administrators. same way any Thing which needs to be implemented comes from Administrators to modeartors and MOdeartors Reveal it to members..
Its a BAsic fabric of any site and our own Site Cw is no Different..

in all this Systematic approach there comes the question as to who is doing beter job?? so we here bring the First Ever Award in itself The BEst Management Team Award Which will determine whom members like most. MOdeartors Or ADministrators
