CWSim Contracts Details

The new era of CWSim shall feature a totally new system for teams to follow while maintaining their squads:

1. On signing, players shall sign contracts with the teams.
The contract will feature two major clauses:
Contract Duration and Player Salary.

a) Contract Duration: The duration of the contract will be either 1 Month or 2 Months. This can be further extended by 1 Month or 2 Months every time a new contract is signed.

b) Salary: The Salary for Real Players will be depend on their skills- 9-10 Skilled Players: 4.2 million euros for 2 months. (490,000 euros per week) 7-8 Skilled Players: 2.4 million euros for 2 months. (280,000 euros per week) 1-7 Skilled Players: 1.2 million euros for 2 months. (140,000 euros per week) The Salary for F-Players can be a minumum of 3 million euros and can be negotiated to higher amounts in future contracts.


2. In the last week of each month, the transfer window shall be opened, it will last for the entire week. Teams shall be allowed to trade, sell or sign new players. Now, there are a lot of different aspects to this new transfer system:

a) If the team is not happy with the player, they can sell the player to other teams after negotiating the price. (Free Transfer if contract has expired).

b) If a player is not happy with the team, he can ask for a transfer. The team might try to convince the player to stay, then it is upto the player to continue at the team or submit another transfer request. The team then will be forced to sell the player to another team, and if they don't then they can expect the player to no longer participate in the team.

c) If a player's contract is expiring at the end of a month, then the team may offer a new contract to the player, or let him go for FREE.

d) At the end of a month, if the player still has 1 month left in his contract, the team may offer a new contract to the player, or sell him to another team. Or they can keep the player until his contract runs out.

e) F-Players can ask for increase in salary at any point during his time at the club, the team will then have to offer him a new and improved contract during the transfer window. If they ignore the players demands, then the player might ask for a transfer or settle with his current salary.

f) F-Players can ask for more playing time for the team, and if the team doesn't agree to his demands, then it is up to the player to submit a transfer request or not.

3. If a F-Player asks for a transfer, he must inform only and only the owner of the team and Sourav Chakraborty. If a team offers and signs a new contract with a player, he must first inform Sourav. Nothing should be made public before Sourav is informed.

4. After the owner negotiates a deal to sell a F Player player, first the F Player will have to accept the deal himself before being sold. The Team thus also has to convince the player to leave if he isn't ready to.



5. If a team fails to pay the player wages each week, they would have to manage to pay the salary by the end of the month. If they do not, then they will risk the players asking to leave. For this purpose, they can take debts from their sponsors, only and only to pay the players. After that they will not be offered money by the sponsors until the debt + 25% interest has been repaid to the sponsors.

6. Just like the F players can ask for higher salaries, the real players will also ask for the same with better performances. The top 10 run scores and wicket takers in both tournaments of the month will ask for an increment of 5 Million Euros in their salary.
