CWSim The Rulebook

First topic message reminder :
Injury :
A Player once injured will be unavailable for selection for the next one week, that is 7 days.
Transfer :
An International or Fantasy Player once sold to a new team has to represent his new team for minimum of 30 days before he can be sold/given on loan to a new team.
Refreshment :
A team refreshment will take place twice a year, after each CWC. The following will take place in the team refreshment.
1. A Team can submit name of any 3 players and their skills will be rechecked for increments. If the new skills are more than current skills, the player skills will get increased. But if they are less that current skills, the current skills stay. The players sent for refreshment also "might" get a special skill change, based on their performances in the last 6 months. The 3 players whom you want to refresh cannot be used for Monthly Player increment for the month.
2. A player who is retired from all forms of international cricket or has not participated in any international cricket match for the last 12 months will be removed from his CWSim limited overs team and wont be available to play in OD and T20. He will, however, be allowed to play Tests. As Soon as a player makes a comeback into the international arena, he becomes eligible to play for his team again.
3. If any International Player retires from International cricket after CWC June,2013, he will be allowed to play in OD and T20 for Just one Month from date of retirement.
Stadiums :
Each stadium will cost : 30,000 FM
Each stadium must be a real stadium and shouldn't be one that has already been used.
Hosting Rights :
A particular CWSim team can host an entire major tournament.
Requirements : Must have minimum of 3 stadiums.
Each team can send it's bid to host a particular tournament. The team to bid the most will be the host for the tournament.
Earning from Stadium :
Teams can earn from the stadiums.
Home team earns = (50 X The number of pages in the thread in the home match of a team) FM
Team Details Editing :
Change team name/logo : 10 000 FM
Monthly Increment :
For every 2 fifties in a real match, batsman receives +1 increment. For each
hundred in a real match, batsman receives +1 increment.
For every 2
three-wicket haul in a real match, bowler receives +1 increment. For each
five-wicket haul in a real match, bowler receives +1 increment.
3 increments for each month. 2 increments for months having player refreshment.
Warnings :
The 8 CWSim teams have become an intricate part of CWSim and it will be hard to see any of them disbanded. Like thinking of CWSim without the brilliance of Cosmos is unimaginable, doing the same without the team fights of Bolts is boring.
We have seen that many members of CWSim and busy with their examinations and also with the advent of Tests, it has becoming difficult to avoid warnings.
Hence the CWSim Warning system to disband a team is itself disbanded !!!
Rather we will now have a new and better substitute for it.
It is mandatory for a team to have :
1. At least 2 members per team online in case of T20 and OD matches.
2. At least 25 members per team (25 members means that the sum of members per session in the whole match should be 25) online in case of Test Matches including all the 5 days of the match. In case of shortened game, (the number of days played X 5) will be taken into consideration.
3. Threads must be fully updated with proper match information and suitable pics.
Failing the above earns the team a Warning Point. Upon getting each Warning point, a team :
1. loses it's best player of the match for a span of 2 matches in case of OD and T20 Matches + deduction of 8,000 FM.
2. loses 2 of it's best player of the match for a span of 1 match in case of Test Matches + deduction of 8,000 FM.
Squad :
A team can have maximum of 20 international players in it's squad including the CWSim retired players. To pick new players, the team has to create room by removing existing players.
FM Earning Structure from Matches :
Winning a CWSim Match : 2000 FM (OD & T20) & 4000 FM (Test).
Drawing/Tieing a CwSim Match : 1000 FM to Each Team (OD & T20) & 2000 FM to Each Team (Test).
Winning CWSim Minor Competition/Series : 10000 FM & 15000 FM for 3 or 4-Match & 5 or more-Match played by the team respectively.
Winning CWSim Major Tournament : 30000 FM.
Runner Up of Major Tournament : 15000 FM.
Series Levelled : 7000 FM (OD & T20 & Test).
White Wash (Winning Team) : 2000 FM & 4000 FM for 3 or 4-Match & 5 or more-Match Bilateral Series respectively.
White Wash (Losing Team) : -2000 FM & -4000 FM for 3 or 4-Match & 5 or more-Match Bilateral Series respectively.
Skill Points Distribution :
A Player can add all his skill points only to his playing role. A Batsman can add all his 10 skills to his batting and a bowler to his bowling. Only after getting to 11 skills, he can start adding skills to the other role and get a special skill for that role.
F Player Skill Increment :
The member to be the top poster of the week from now on will be allowed
to have a weekly increment of +2 skill points to reward his hard work in posting.
Player will get additional bonus of +2,+4,+6 and so on if he can stay as top poster for consecutive weeks.
Increment to be done on Sunday night and will stay till the next Sunday !
This will be effective from the Pepsi T20 Boom April 2013.
Major Tournament Match Tickets :
It will be mandatory for members to purchase tickets in order to watch
the matches in all major tournaments. For watching a game, users will
have to buy tickets for each
game. They will be then given access to a special match zone where they will be able to take part in Cricket World Expert competition.
The teams participating in a match doesnot need to pay for tickets.
and members have to pay from their own account and not their team account.
The Ones who don't purchase match tickets won't be able to witness live action.
Terms and Conditions :
1. The host will attract the crowd, and collect the ticket fee which will go into the host team account.
2. 50% of this fee will be kept reserved for Cricket Expert questions.
3. The winner of the daily competition will win this prize.
4. The remaining 50% will be banked by the host team.
5. In case of absence of a representative from the host team, or absence
of questions on a particular day, the attendees will get the ticket fee
back.
6. In case of absence of Sourav, the tickets will not be refunded. (But can be used to watch the postponed match.)
7. The leader of the Cricket Expert competition at the end of the month, will be declared as Cricket Expert for the month.
8. All the members of the host team will have free access to all the matches.
9. As per the contract signed by the host team, it is completely their
duty to attract the crowd and host the Cricket Expert competition.
10. Tickets can be bought up until the last ball of the match.
11. All Admins will have access to the Match Threads, but are allowed to post only after they buy the match tickets!
Please don't purposefully refuse to attend matches so that the host doesn't earn FM.
Kindly help us make this initiative a success and watch as many matches as you can!
