Well, I am back after 7 days of torture.
On the 19th Jan, 2012 I had last come here and that very evening itself, I was hospitalized.
Then the 6 days and nights of torture started.

Although I am back, but it might be again temporary as back condition is still not stable.
I am able stand on my feet now but only because of medicine.
My back requires a surgery but it is highly costly, so for the time being I have to rely on medicines.
I was kept under 6 KG traction to make sleep straight for hrs after hrs so that my back becomes straight. It was total torture.Even on the day of my birthday, I had no relief.

MY MRI Report:

1.There is loss of normal lumbar lordosis.
2.Vertebral bodies are normal in height & signal intensity.Their Posterior elements are normal.
3. L4-5 disc shows diffuse postrerior bulge with posterocentral,right paracentral herniation compressing the thecal sac & right budding nerve root.
4. Rest of invertebral dics are normal, the facets joints are normal, ligamentum flava are not thickened, conus is normal in morphology and signal.

5.There is no abnormal pre or para spinal soft tissue.

6.The sagittal diameters of bony canal measure as follows:
L1 L2 L3 L4 L5 L6 - All measures 12mm

Screening sequence through sacroiliac joints and both hip joints:Reveal to periarticular marrow edema or joint effusion.

Screening through cervicodorsal spine: do not show any significant abnormally.

Conclusion:
Diffuse posterior bulge with posterocentral,right para central herniation of L4-5 disc compressing the thecal sac and right budding nerve cord.


Will complete my work here in 2-3 days.
