I Feel I Was Stupid At That Time: Prior
Matt Prior says that he is really disappointed for breaking the window and wants to apologize. He says that he was stupid and again and again repeated it. He apologized the lady to and said that it was an incident , not done due to my frustation. After getting run out I went to dressing room and the bat slipped breaking the window.

Post by Naqi Gates Fri 10 Jun 2011, 8:00 pm

India Young Or Weak Now?
One question should arrive in the readers mind surely after reading this that are the Indians just to young or just to weak for the West Indies Test Tour under the lights of Chanderpaul and Sarwan. Zaheer Khan and Sreesanth have been removed due to injury leaving bowling attack too weak, Sehwag Gammbhir not there due to injury also making India remain with inexperienced opener. No Tendulkar becoz he wants to spend some time with his family.So it might be fun a young team fighting to proove its power.

Pakistan Looking Forward For Zimbabwe As Host
PCB are looking forward and have requested Zimbabwe to host the series of Pakistan Vs Sri Lanka In October as Pakistan's home series. Pakistan are not confirm of inviting Sri Lanka in Pakistan because they are not confirm of perfect security availible for Lankans or not. Sri Lanka and Pakistan are keen for a series and as listed, it will be a home series for Pakistan but Pakistan never sure of what can be there home ground. Yet another option is UAE which has been hosting Pakistan's tours before but yet PCB has not requested UAE for hosting.

3rd ODI 1 Man Show For Each Batting Team
Well on 11th June you can say it a 1 man show for each batting side. For West Indies Nothing from the middle order made West Indies loose 7 wickets under 100 runs, before Carlton Baugh holded Andre Russel hard and he scored , although Baugh departed, his 92* helped Windes reach 225-8, India chasing the target again lost their wickets early, lucky or unlucky, under 100 runs they lost 6 wickets, and after It Harbhajan Singh holded Rohit Sharma who smashed 85* even after Bhajji departed and helped India win by 3 wickets.

Summary

West Indies------ 225-8 ( 4.50 rpo )

Post by Naqi Gates Tue 14 Jun 2011, 2:43 pm

West Indies Finally Get Some Celebrating Reason
West Indies lost matches which they seemed like to have won and it looked like their loosing streak might continue even on the 4th ODI when under 100 runs they lost 5 wickets. But thanks to Pollard's 70+ and Late Charge by Russel they reached 249-8. India in reply were just too disappointing. Not much contribution by their batsmen and they just got all out for 146 loosing by 103 runs.

Summary
West Indies----- 249-8 ( 4.98 RPO )

K.Pollard------ 70 ( 72 ) ===== P.Kumar 3-37
L.Simmons----- 67 ( 78 )====== A.Mishra 2-56

India------- 146-10 ( 3.74 RPO )
R.Sharma------- 39 ( 47 )======= A.Martin 4-36
P.Patel-------- 26 ( 32 )====== A.Russel 3-13

West Indies Won By 103 Runs
Toss: India, who chose to field
Series: India led the 5-match series 3-0 , India led the 5-match series 3-1
Player of the match: A Martin (West Indies)

Sangakara Is The Best Choice As A Captain: Mahela
Mahela Jayawdrene hints as Sangakara as the best choice as a captain for Sri Lanka for the third test. He said that he reads the situation well and as a captain he has been playing an important and significant role for Lanka. Before this Sangakara retired as a captain after the world and the captaincy was handled to Dilshan who just got injured in the second test against England. Sangakara wants to continue to play for Lanka but as a wicket keeper batsmen and not a captain.

Things Might Go With Afridi
Ijaz Butt met Afridi in Islamabad but when media asked him about the meeting he refused to tell though it is possible for Afridi's favourism in this biggest woe of Afridi in his career.Speculation indicated that through this agreement, Afridi will be given the No Objection Certificates he needs to play for Hampshire and later in the Sri Lanka Premier League (SLPL). In return, he will withdraw the petition he filed in the Sindh High Court against the board's decision to form a disciplinary committee, cancel his central contract and revoke his NOC and will face any punishment the committee hands out.

Badrinath And Yusuf Pathan : 4 Chances Gone, 1 To Go
When you talk about the IPL heros you might always think about Yusuf Pathan and Badrinath. Yusuf made The Indian fans go wild by his massive hitting and Badrinath made Indian fans stunned with his talent of building innings. Both Impressed selectors and were included in Indian Squad against West Indies. Out of 5 they got 4 chances but unfortunately they did not proove their vanity though they have 1 chance yet to go to proove what they can do. Well maybe they were succesfull to impress domestic team selectors but maybe unsuccessfull for Indian National Team selectors, specially count Badrinath for it.

Pakistan former captain Shahid Afridi has been given permission to play Domestic Cricket. But he also has been fined 4.5 Million Rs ( 45 Lakhs ). Afridi accepts that he is Guilty and in an interview he said I did not apologize for my mistake but now I regret for not apologizing. But He signalled that he wont return to International Cricket under this managment. Now he is gonna represent Hampshire for remaining matches, but his return to International Cricket still has got a Question Mark.

Fletcher Believes Raina Is A Good Captain
Indian Coach Fletcher in an interview said that Raina has been doing really well as a captain. He has been disappointing with his batting but the problem was there with most of the Indian Batsmen due to uncommon tracks. Well he said that Raina is developing as a great cricketer and a great captain regularly and he really managed his team well. He lead his team from the front with his fantastic fielding and used his bowlers really well.

Zulqarnain Punished
Pakistan's Wicket Keeper Zulqarnain Haider has been fined 500,000 RS for fleeing to London without informing any player or managment. Zulqarnain is also not gonna play cricket for 1 year as his actions and what he does would be observed. Zulqarnain was unable to proove any player wrong or proove if any thing happened with him. He also said that he believes that it was his mistake and he should have told his seniors and managment as he feels sorry for that.

BCCI Does Not Allow Indians To Play In SLPL
BCCI has declined that there wont be any Indian participating in SLPL.The decision was made after the players had asked the BCCI for No-Objection Certificates to play in the two-week long Twenty20 competition, starting on July 19. The SLPL will be run by a Singapore-based private company, Somerset Entertainment Ventures, which will issue the player contracts, something the Indian board believes could lead to complications for the players should disputes arise.
