CW16 - Rules

Some CW16 - Rules (more to be added) -

Challenging other team to swap team -
There are Ratings for all the teams across the 3 formats now - See Here
Teams can challenge other team once a month if -
- They are higher ranked than opponent in more than one format.
- They have a budget of 5 Crores.

Match and Tournament Rewards are as -


Official -
Test Match win - 20 Rating 
Test Match draw or lose - negative 10 Rating

One Day / T20 Match win - 10 Rating
One Day / T20 Lose match - negative 7 Rating

Series Win - 30 Bonus Rating


Unofficial -
One Day / T20 Match win - 10 Rating
One Day / T20 Lose match - negative 7 Rating

Series Win - 50 Bonus Rating

Basic things about the 3 Formats on CW will be as follows -

T20 - 4 overs - 2 Splits - 5 players per side
Bowler limit - 1 over per bowler
In Case of a Tie - 3 Ball Eliminator. 1 Batsman per side. 1 Bowler per side. Modern CW OC Rules.

OD - 7 overs - 2 Splits - 5 players per side
Bowler limit - 2 overs per bowler
In Case of a Tie - Super Over. 1 over per side. 2 Batsmen per side. 1 Bowler per side. Modern CW OC Rules. Split Over.

Tests - 5 Days - 15 overs a day maximum - 5 players per side


Team Earnings:
Win an official OD or T20 Match - 30 Lakhs FM
Win an official Test Match - 50 Lakhs FM
Win an unofficial Match - 30 Lakhs FM

Unofficial Series win - 50 Lakhs FM
Official Series win - 1 Crore FM

Major Event win - 5 Crore FM

Negative for draw too

Will the test format have specific rules like batsmen can use 5 zeroes in an over , and that odd matching rule will carry forward here to ?
