Basically what you need to do there ?

U need to have some science degree like ECE as a example to be a Patent Agent. Then u advice inventors and give patent rights to their invention because a unique invention needs to be protected from being copied. Once the inventor gets patent for his invention he can license it etc. and get lots of money. Others works are like litigation etc. that comes when u r more experienced
