CWSim3™ | New Contract Rules

• All Players will sign 2 contracts like before: One will be Weekly Contract for Deduction of Cash while other will be 4 Months Contract. This means player cannot become Free Transfer until his contract runs out which means team can finally make some deal with other team and then sell.
  
• Owners can increase the salary of their players to keep them happy in the team if required.
  
• All players (Both International and Fantasy) will sign contracts for next 4 months.
  
• Players can sign new contract with the same team any time they want but it should be before the deadline day of his contract. The date he sign new contract, he will be available for next 4 months. For example my current contract says that I will play for AS from July 7th, 2017 to November 7th, 2017, if I sign new contract on say like October 7th, 2017 then my new contract will be from October 7th, 2017 to February 7th, 2017.
  
• Weekly Contract Deduction will be different this time. Since we have 3 formats, therefore Base Contract will be decided on his total skill points/3. For example if any International Player Skills are: 1|9, 1|5 and 1|5, total is 22 skill points. Now when we divide it with 3, it will be 7.33, therefore we will round it off to next whole number i.e 8 and his Salary will be 80,000 per week.
  
• Signing new contract is always a big thing and thus to avoid teams signing players again and again to increase the length of 4 months, teams must know that giving player new contract means that his weekly contract will cost 20,000 more compared to his previous contract. For example if my current contract is 140,000 per week. If I sign new contract for next 4 months, my new contract will be 160,000 per week. This is applicable for International as well as Fantasy Players.
  
• If any F-Player decides to retire from CWSim, then he/she can return to any team only after 3 months.
  
• Termination of any Player's Contract before the end of his Contract will cost team 2 times of his Weekly Salary

You can be traded within those 4 months I think
