NatWest OD Tri Series || Match 1 || Shadows Vs Hurricanes || May 20

   Hurricanes will be glad that they are back home after a long tour of Roaring Warriors. They didn't have a great OD series, which they lost 4-1 to RW. Still struggling with the team combination, they will hope for a change in fortunes at their home grounds. Their batting has let down multiple times. Form of key batsman like Kane Williamson & Mithun is also a big concern. They would like to forget about the series against RW & will have to start afresh here.

   Shadows on the other hand has had a fantastic run in OD's till now. Having whitewashed DU in the 3 match OD series, they are a team with full of confidence. Their top order is their strength & Shadows will hope that they will fire in this tri series also. It will all depend on how quickly their players will adapt to the conditions. Unlike in England, they will be playing mostly in dry pitches here in Pakistan. 

Rabada has been the best bowler for HR in the series against RW. His control of swing with the new ball & also the fact that he can ball at 140+ kph at the top makes him special. And hence the battle bw him and Raminder will be mouthwatering since Raminder was the one who gave positive starts for Shadows in almost all the matches against DU. Will be interesting to see his approach against Rabada.

Arguably the best batsman vs the best bowler from either teams. Both in good form as well. This battle will have a huge impact on the outcome of the match.

Spinners are supposed to enjoy bowling here. But u never know. There are a few cracks here and there in the pitch. But it seems to be a true pitch. We are in for a runfeast.

The maximum temperature expected in the day time is 39°C. However it will dip to almost 22°C at night. Due is also expected later in the night. So team winning the toss would like to ball first. But again it will be tuf for the players to field in such hot conditions. It's a tricky situation here.
