Series Preview :
After a thrilling OD series which saw the TBK Hawks overcome a 2-0 deficit to beat AS 3-2 in what was a fitting start to this series between two stalwarts of CwSim, it's time for some test action.
Both teams will be eager to start off with a win here in conditions which both teams would be familiar with by now.
AlfaStars -
After lost the OD series, AS would do themselves a world of good if they could that past them and go into the test series with a positive intent. They would however be pondering about what went wrong for them in the OD series despite playing their best players and will be looking to sort it out before the start of this match.
TBK Hawks -
A magnificent victory in the OD series would have done given a massive boost to their confidence, something AS will have to worry about. However, things aren't all good for the Hawks too, who've been chopping and changing their batting lineup almost every match. Each match however has seen a different individual step up and perform, something skipper Yasin Iqbal would be happy about. The Hawks would do good to not get complacent and continue going about their usual way.

The pitch seems to slightly two paced. Expect the odd bounce.The batsmen will have to apply themselves here and get set before going for the kill. An even contest between bat and ball is on cards.

Was a great win definitely having started off with 2 back to back losses. I believe we had the potential to upstage any team and it's there for everyone to see. Well, yes, it was quite heartbreaking to lose that series but what's happened has happened. There's no point thinking about that loss when instead we could discuss about this series and how we can win this one. I don't think that loss would affect us in any way in this test.
