Before we start the tours - suggestion

I am sure many are not going to like what I am going to propose.. Some of the old members will like it hopefully.. anyway here we go

There has been a skill inflation as far as international players are concerned..
 Some players have very high skills because they have played just around 20-30 innings.. earlier there was this rule during skill calculation that if the number of innings played is less than 50(I think so), the skill of the player will be subtracted by 1.. this really makes sense because 20 innings is such a small sample space..
Earlier we had 7 skilled players playing huge role in matches. Nowadays, 8 skilled players are considered as weak links.. the room for strategy is lesser.. 

So here's what I would like to propose
Let the skill calculator remain as it is.. but if the number of innings is less than 50, decrease the calculated skill by 1 points. And once they play 50 innings, they can use skill refreshments. This will bring back a lot of balance.. and btw I am not pointing any teams..

That's fine with me ! But if the players only has around 20-30 innings yet still has only 7 skills then what ? Then I don't think they should get -1

I have no issues with this but again some teams will say that this was not announced while people were buying players. I have no issues but I have to go through all players now.
