Jaguar Racing fastest but where is McLaren, Ferrari and Force India?

Jaguar Racing starts their weekend on high as Connor Harris got the fastest lap in the practice session. Jaguar Racing who are currently 13th in Constructor Standings were pleased with their pace as they feel they can do wonders in this track but everything will be decided on the basis of their strategy. Still we can expect them to be a fast car during Qualifying and Race.

But the big question which everyone is asking where are the Top 3 teams? It was a very tough day for McLaren, Ferrari and Force India as their drivers failed to adapt to current weather situation. Out of all 6 drivers, only Kotnik of Scuderia Ferrari looked confident who was 5th fastest among these 6.

Can we expect Mid Table teams to bounce back in this race tonight or are we going to see these teams working hard overnight for the crucial race?

I have 0. My drivers are old and takes time in training. 
Budget is low and Headquarters are okayish Tongue out 

SFI can't match McLaren and Ferrari.  confused confused confused

After very tough season for Sahara Force India, they have decided to promote their Young Driver, Unaitxu Elgrande as their official driver for the final 3 races and maybe for next season as well. "This is such a great opportunity for me. All I wanted was to drive in Formula 1 and Sahara Force India made this possible for me. I will try my best to give everything from Day 1." said by 25 year old Unaitxu.
