T20 Boom Qualifier 1 : Dynamos vs Dominators | 18th Feb 2014

The big game is here. The winner goes straight into the finals of the sixth edition of the CW T20 Boom. And it is The World Dominators facing off against the Dynamos. The Dynamos are yet to win this tournament while the World Dominators have won it twice till date. The match promises to be a thriller as both the teams are in top form at the moment and will give it their best to directly go to the finals. The winner however gets another chance in the second qualifier against the winner of the eliminator. But before that, let's have a closer look at both the teams to lock horns in this big game.

A team blessed with a great think-tank led by the likes of Sarthak Mandal and Deb Roy. The team did more than expected in the group stage and is now just a step away from the finals. 

The captain as well as one of the  most dependable members of the side. Bowls very efficiently and  economically at the death.	The new hero for the Dynamos.  Won a game single-handedly for them. It will be interesting to see when the captain gives him the ball.	The mystery spinner from Sri Lanka will definitely make a big mark on this game. There are big expectations from him.

The team has been greatly boosted with the inclusion of stars like Ryan Mclaren and Mohd. Shami. These two have together won most of the games for them so far. Teams are finding it tough to tackle this bowling pair. They have dried up runs in the death overs which is a crucial factor. Not to forget the brilliant Sachitra Senanayake who has bolstered the bowling lineup by bowling some superb spells that has dried up the scoring rate for the batsmen. 

Rishabh Tandon has found his lost form in  the ongoing season of the T20 Boom and has been very severe on the bowlers. Will tonight be his night ?	Virat Kohli has undoubtedly played a few very crucial innings in the end which has helped the team. He is a big occasion player. Hence, we can expect another great knock.

The batting department has been taken care of by Rishabh Tandon, Virat Kohli and others have chipped in every now and end. Dynamos will want all these factors to click in their favour for this crucial game.

One of the most dominating sides in the history of CWSim. Whatever the consequence maybe, they somehow manage to reach the big stage, as if it is their right to be here. They have already done it twice and bagged the cup twice. And this time their big rival, Cosmos are missing which makes them top favourite at the moment. 

Hasn't batted at a fixed spot. He has changed his role in the side based on the team need which has brought out the best from him.	Misbah ul Haq - one of the two  from the Dominators who have really been dominating the bowlers all  through the tournament.	We all know how dangerous Corey Anderson can be. He is yet to be  tested with the bat but I believe if  he gets the chance, he will use it.

Talking about this tournament, they have two inform batsmen at the moment with them at the top of the order in form of Misbah ul Haw and Arjun Ramesh. Even Nikhil George has played some crucial knocks at time. Batting looks strong for them now with the inclusion of Corey Anderson. 

George Dockrell has been the only consistent Dominators bowler. The team will definitely want him to continue the way he has been so far and make sure he keeps the run flow under check during the 10-over mark.

Corey has not only added to the team as another dangerous batsman but has also strengthened the bowling department. He bowls very tightly and has also picked up important wickets at times. Apart from him, the team also has the new sensation, George Dockrell. He is one of the players who has performed well for them in all the games so far and once again will be very crucial for them in this upcoming game.
