Ur keyboard is working fine now na?
In case it is not completely dry inside, turn it sideways, try to shake more water out, and leave it turned sideways as long as possible. If you have a fan, point the fan at it.
It is possible that there was dirt that fell down between the keys and once the water was spilled, the dirt was redistributed under the electrical contacts in the keyboard. IF this is what happened, the keyboard will either need replaced or taken apart so the electrical (probably mylar sheets with deposited metal tracks on them) contacts can be wiped clean.
It is also possible the water caused permanent damage but since most keys work it is unlikely, BUT it could have burnt up one of the electrical traces which due to how a keyboard matrix is designed, could cause any keys connected electrically to the damaged trace to not work. Years ago they were built differently and a piece of wire could be soldered in to fix the damage but today it requires a different repair with a type of paint with very high metal content so it is conductive. The paint usually costs more than the keyboard did so it is usually only used to repair special industrial equipment keyboards that cost a lot more.

@Vighu :
Another solution :
TURN it off.
Disconnect the keyboard. Remove the batteries.
Put it on the dashboard of a car with a hankerchief over it and put the car in the sun.
Leave it there for a day.
Then you can try using it again.
You may already have damaged the electronics if it was not yet dry when you used it
