The Cosmic tale

First topic message reminder :
Since the advent of CWSim on CW ( earlier CricSim ), Cosmos have been a bullying force. They won the first major tour - the T20 Boom and never looked back. They kept on winning and dominating the tours they made. Very soon, the ranking system came in and undoubtedly, they started dominating there too. Months passed and they kept on increasing their lead. But slowly things got slightly bad for them over time as they started losing their charm and teams like Warriors and Dominators removed the invincible tag off them.
Then came the judgement day of CW where it was announced that all teams will have to let their retired players go off from their main team. Cosmos along with all other teams got affected by it as they were about to lose two great players in the form of Shaun Pollock and Sourav Ganguly. Then started the Cricket World Cup January 2013. The Cosmos were one of the favorites to win it and they almost did it but the Warriors had other plans and they defeated the Cosmos in the grand finale ! The Cosmos have looked even more shaky after that. They are losing games and sliding further down in the ladders now. Currently they are placed 3rd in the OD rankings but they have maintained their no.1 position in the T20 format. With the small teams growing in power, The Cosmos are now in serious threat. Will we see them rise again or will they lose their magical charm forever ?
