Man Utd needs to win only 1 out of the remaining 2 to qualify.

Real Madrid needs to win 2 out of 2 to guarantee a definite qualification.
If they win 1 out of 2, then they need FCB to lose atleast 1 match, for a direct qualification.

FCB needs to win 2 out of 2 and need Real Madrid to lose both matches to guarantee a definite qualification.
If FCB wins 2 out of 2, and real Madrid wins 1 out of 2, then it will come down to goal difference.
If FCB wins 1 out of 2, then they need Real Madrid to lose both their matches. Then it will come down to goal difference.
If FCB wins 1 out of 2, and Real Madrid also wins 1 out of 2, Real Madrid will qualify.
If FCB lose both matches then they are out.
If Real Madrid wins 2 matches, then FCB is out.

Chelsea needs to win both matches, and need Manchester United to win their both matches to qualify.
