And as told most of those wicketes came against India in india and srilanka at srilanka..which usually support spinners

Best and Roach took wickets in BAngladesh too which support Spinners
but likes of Sanga,mahela,sam,sachin,sehwag,kohli etc....not there

Southee - Roch and Rampaul - Bracewell cames almost similiar in terms of performence..but who could replace boult and C martin?

His overall career he had took only 46 wicketes in 18 tests if you removed his performence above ( vs 7th n 8th ranked team) it becomes as 28 wicketes from 14 matches at avg of 48.32
Now say whether best is best?

HE HAS NOT 5 Wicket Haul against an top team
What did he do in SL ?
