To start working on Test Cricket( 5 day matches) from tonight !

Looks fine as of now but if tests are included then these skills won't favour batsmen as as there will be very less special skills for test matches.

See the main functionality of the sim depends on the parameters of the bowling special and batting special skills.
So in Batting the parameters are :
Scoring Capability:
Desired Batting Position:
Six-hitting capability:
Consistency:
While in Bowling :
Wicket Taking Capability
Desired Bowling Position
Swinging /Spinning Ability
Variations
Consistency
Death Bowling
Economy
But there is some imbalance in this thing.
The parameter must be against each other like
For example :
Batsman : Six-hitting capability vs Economy : Bowler
clear ?
SO we need most preferably equal number of parameters which can counter attack each other.
The Batting ones are good.
So we need to reduce the number of bowling parameters .
So in Batting the parameters are :
