There are skills calculators which calculate the skills.

And Philander has played less matches so only his Test average counts which is 14

Earlier there had to be a minimum of 10 innings but now it is 5 innings. Philander has played <10 innings in all other formats except tests. Thats why then his test average was counted. Now players with >5 innings are also counted. And thus Roach got counted.

If you want the skills calculator, ask Sv, he will mail it to you.

No. They don't even have the sense to ask for it.

Debroop must haven't been aware of the calculations in skills system. He must have been making approximations of his own. He and Rish approximated that Roach will have 90 skills
