Suggestion for Skills Distribution

I have another suggestion for Skills Distribution in FTP v3.0. Following are the details of my idea :

Starting Skills
Batsman 50|10
Bowler 50|10
All Rounder 40|40
Wicketkeeper 50|50

Skills from Posts

+1 = 20 posts
+2 = 40 posts
+3 = 60 posts
+4 = 80 posts
+5 = 100 posts
+6 = 120 posts
+7 = 140 posts
+8 = 160 posts
+9 = 180 posts
+10 = 200 posts
+12 = 300 posts
+14 = 400 posts
+16 = 500 posts
+18 = 600 posts
+20 = 700 posts
+22 = 800 posts
+24 = 900 posts
+26 = 1000 posts
+28 = 1100 posts
+30 = 1200 posts
+35 = 1400 posts
+40 = 1600 posts
+45 = 1800 posts
+50 = 2000 posts
+55 = 2500 posts
+60 = 3000 posts
+65 = 4000 posts
+70 = 5000 posts

THE UNIQUE THING
Batsman Maximium Skills 90|40
Bowler Maximum Skills 90|40
All Rounder Maximum Skills 80|70 or 70|80
Wicketkeeper Maximum Skills 90|80
If you want to be a pure batsman or bowler,you have to reach +70 skill points first. Then you can get the following skills -
Batsman 100|10
Bowler 100|10

ANOTHER FEATURE
Fantasy Players will have only 1 special skill at starting his career. If he want to increase his special skills,he has to do extra posts.

2 special skills = 10000 posts
3 special skills = 20000 posts
4 special skills = 40000 posts
Note :- 4 special skills is the maximium limit.
