That doesn't make much sense. You can be a pure bowler, but your bowling skill is equal to that of a bowling all-rounder? There's no incentive at all to be a pure bowler, is there, as basically you're just disadvantaging yourself in the batting department vs. a bowling all-rounder. Same for a pure batsman vs. batting all-rounder?

Ah. I think I've worked it out. You get a boost to your ability based on post count/rank, which you can allocate to your skills to make you a better batsman/bowler? I'd still think you'd want to reduce the base abilities of all-rounders to incentivise being a pure bowler/batsman a bit more.
