Honestly that's a free version of PlugChat. It has monthly limits as like Users/Conversations. These are not revealed briefly anywhere, but are noted in ToS. It'll get working in few days, but either way, NO CHAT will be as effective as the one provided in Forumotion itself. Because, it can record Chat Logs and also assigns usernames automatically.

In my opinion, that chat should be brought back, this chat was just one for a better look, not an efficient change.
