Special moves formula

For special moves like Paralyzing, Poisoning,etc ..
The following formula works :
Round for which the effect stays = (level difference)
So
if
Pokemon A (lvl 5) uses poison on Pokemon B(lvl 2)
it stays for (5-2) = 3 rounds
that is the Pokemon B cant use its move for 3 rounds .
Works only once
The following formula works :

but paralyzing stood for one round

nope its only for special moves
not for simple attacking moves
