I'll try to give you a good critique and hopefully, you'll improve.

For the New Year banner:(Happy New Year to yo too!)

The placement of the player on the upper left corner and the clock are terrible. The player is cut off through the middle and the clock is cut off as well. All the images should connect and make sense.

The choice of text isn't all that great. Work on it! The background is kind of pale and boring as well.

For the other banner:

The placement of the players are much better. They aren't cut off anywhere, thank god. The background and Text is LQ and blurry. Who is that on the left? I assume that its you but I think it would look much better without it, no offense. ;) I mean, the way it's been cut is not that...good.

I'll try to get some clean Cricket Renders and provide it for you guys to use.
