Great work on Shakib and Gilly Wallpapers mate. The Gul Wallpaper looks absurd because of the way you have cropped the picture, and the Stroke only adds fuel onto the fire. The background is good, just try another method to blend the image with it, the font needs a bit of work. The Fonts in Gilly' wallpaper is perfect! Take that as an example and move forward.

Coming to the jersey, its way off the mark mate. You have to blend the logo's and the Team Names perfectly into the jersey. The logos look like floating above the jersey. Nevertheless, good attempt!

Looking forward to the said banner.
