Previously only hosting team were the one who used to get Team Fm’s for no. of pages but from now on the member who is active from any team for a game can earn FM’s  
E.g. if Hr is host, The match is Hr vs Doms, Then Hr and doms players have to be online for matches otherwise penalty For them, and if 1 player from RW is active for this gaem he can earn 10% FM of what the hosting team earns If 2 or more player are online from RW then they can earn 25% FM for the team from what hosts earn. For match host's team (Nik vighu etc) 20% FM of what hosting teams earns will be given to them
-[size=32]          If a F player is active and have achieved increment through posting atleast once in the past month then the charges for that particular F player to change the skills/roles will be 40% less than the standard charges.[/size]

so if we earn 100 we have to give 25 to all ?
if 4 teams are active we get 0 ?
