Atlast a win after 3 back to back defeats.

The Thunderbolts had already lost 3 matches and they were almost out of the tournament. But still there were few chances that they would qualify. Bolts line up was decided by the Villiers fan Ashraf Chohan.

It was too important forb them to win the match as they had already lost 3 and tey were yet to win a match. Jonathan Trott who played brilliantly at 1 was made to play at 4. And some more shocking decisions were made before the match.

Match Report :

This was the first time that Bolts won the toss. They decided to bat first. Chris Gayle and Cheteshwar Pujara, both were ready to oopen the inning. Both gave Bolts a great start. Gaye played a short cameo of 21 runs. Wheareas Pujara made a well played 43. Kallis played a great knock after that. David Warner finished off the inning in a brilliant way. And with their help Bolts managed to put a big total of 204 on board.

Eagles needed 205 to win. It was a tough task for Eagles but not impossible. It was a must win game for Eagles. They would have qualifies with a win.

It was just a start Eagles wanted. Coetze was playing superbly well. But at thhe other there was no-one giving him a good support. Coetzer was just unstoppable. He was hammering eaach and every bowler and the ball just sailing over the rope. But still it was too difficult task for them. Atlast Ashraf got a wicket of Coetzer. Eagles need 25 runs in the last over but no-one could do anything for them. And they lost thhe match by 18 runs

There are very few chances now for the thunderbolts to qualify for plays off. They must beat Hurricane by atleast 80+ runs if they bat first. There are no calculations made till now, for if they batt first.
