First topic message reminder :

More to come, only a part of this revealed......

All players will start their career with base 50 Skills. That means,
Pure Batsman ---> 50 | 0
Pure Bowler ---> 0 | 50

After that, as the posts goes on increasing the players will get permanent increments to their batting/bowling.

50+ Posts ----> +5 skills
100 + posts ---> +10 skills
200+ posts ----> +15 skills
500+ posts ---> +20 skills
750+ posts ---> +25 skills
1000+ posts ---> +30 skills
1250+ posts ---> +35 skills
1500+ posts ----> +40 skills
1700+ posts ----> +45 skills
2000+ posts -----> +50 skills
5000+ posts -----> +70 skills
10000+ posts -----> +90 skills
20000+ posts -----> +100 skills
30000+ posts -----> Expert [3 Special Skills]
50000+ posts -----> Pro [5 Special Skills]
80000+ posts -----> Legend [7 Special Skills]
100000+ posts -----> Master +150 skills

Once a player gets +50 skills i.e when he gets to 2000 posts, the increments there after will be added to other playing type. However, from now on the player will get a special power to balance the skills according to his wish in both types. Eg. If a player has +70 skills, so basically he as 120 skills in total (50 by default and 70 gained), so he can divide 120 skills in any form, 60 | 60 or 35 | 85 or 20 | 100 etc.

Till a player reaches 30000 posts, he has 2 Spl. Skills in the departing he is playing. 
You can choose any 2 Spl. Skills for yourself from below,

Batting Spl. Skills
Bowling Spl. Skills
T20 SpecialistEconomical
Compulsive SloggerGreat Stamina
Sheet AnchorDeath Bolwer
FinisherOld Bowl Specialist
Middle Order AggressorMysterious Variations
Spin SpecialistWicket Taker
Immense ConcentrationRhythm Bowler
MercurialLongterm Workhorse

You have to do like that only till you reach +50

Eg: if you have +45 then you have to go with 95 | 0 or 0 | 95

90 | 5 or 5 | 90 not allowed
