Pepsi T20 Boom - Match No. 19: Hurricanes vs Roaring Warriors - April 19, 2013
First topic message reminder :
So
finally we are all set for El Classico as Roaring Warriors will face
Hurricanes for crucial 5 points in group standings. It will be an
interesting battle between Deep and Sourav tonight. Also Sourav will
face his previous team who made him hero of Hurricanes.
Warriors
were outstading in their last fixture against cosmos. They bowled out
cosmos for just 109 and won the match by 9 wickets.Deep Dey scored 50
in the last match and that would boost his confidence coming into this
match.Virat Kohli also scored a crucial 38 but he was touch slow in his
innings with sr below 100.He would be looking to score big in this
crucial encounter against their arch rivals hurricanes.
]
All
Rounder Harvir Baidwan was excellent returning with figures of 3-26 in
his 4 overs.Their bowling depends a lot on Vernon Philander and Towering
Fast bowler Syed Aqi ;)

Hurricanes
won a thriller against Thunder bolts few days ago.Courtesy of Ross
Taylor's whirl wind innings 63 of 46 balls and George Bailey's crucial
innings of 31 from 22.Their batting depends a lot on Chris Gayle and
Ross Taylor. If Warriors bowlers can get rid of Gayle early then we might
see a close contest.
Peter Siddle,Remember the name.He can rattle the opposition with his pin
point yorkers.but he didnt play in last match .So we have to wait and
see whether if he plays or not.Sourav was very good in bowling returning
with figures of 4-0-23-0.Trent Johnston was awesome with his off
cutters returned with figures of 4-28.David hussey was expensive going
for 11 an over in his last match. So we have to wait and see whether Sv
would still go with him or give peter siddle a go.
