No they dont because his special skill is bound to change
With Dhoni's recent performances (Flopping in tests etc) He cant be considered Sheet Anchor

In the recent ODI too Dhoni failed when India had a lot of wickets down

He is considered a good finisher

And he was consistent in the past couple of months in ODI

So one of these 2
