Should we include F Player Monthly Increment from this month?

First topic message reminder :

I dont think that there is something to explain regarding this.
Right now we have Monthly Increment for Int. Players so according to me, we should add Monthly Increment for F Players.

The method will be same for F Players but we will consider there CWSim performance.
