Scroll down of the home page,u will find it ;) Right now,U cant make a team as a season is going but U can join a team as a player though And Cricsim points are ur skills. The more you post,the more will they increase. Cricsim points depend on ur number of posts

Its easy, contact any owner of the team and stay active.
The more you post, the more you will get skills but spamming will lead to permanent ban so remember this thing.
