If ur bowlers do nt complete 20 ovrs , there ll b penalty runs added to d opposition team ...EX : Ur bowlers bowl oly 15 overs & they ve nt made the opposition all out , then 12 runs fa each ovr nt bowled ll b added as penalty ..So in dis case , 12*5=60 runs ll b added as penalty

what about if my bowlers bowl 20 overs but does not take 10 wickets
whats the penalty???
