WELL AUGUST SEEMS TO HAVE TAKEN A RATHER SEVERE JOLT WITH ZAK'S UNEXPECTED DEPARTURE...WE HOPE THT HE CMS BK FRM HIS HIBERNATION SOONER OR LATER AS HE REALLY LOVES THIS FORUM N ALSO HIS CREATION...

WE CANT FORCE HIM EVERYTM BUT WISH THT HE FORGETS THE PAST EVENTS N MAKES A CMBK

BUT TO WAIT FOR HIM N TO GET THINGS GO CANT BE DONE BY SIMPLYIN DREAMIN ABT IT...ACTIONS MUST BE TAKEN TO SAVE HIS WORKS...

SO I WISH THT SM OF MY POINTS BELOW BE LOOKED AT N GIVEN A THOUGHT ABT IT...

1. We need one person who can simulate the matches in cricism n do all the point tabulation
Well for tht we are lucky to have Deep who is doin a fantastic job of keepin it in tandum

2. I personally feel tht apart frm the simulation all other plans related to cricism shld nw be handled by 2 separate members of this site...they can plan the future tours of CS ...also think abt new rules n regulations ...also new formats if necessary to make CS more interesting...
They can put forward this plans in the mod section for to be approved n thn be shared to the general public
Doin this has one benefit tht the 2 poeple sole purpose will be to think on the framework of cricsim n nothin else n in tht way will prevent any odd things to pop up frm time to time n rather neural views will be put by them to u guys for apporval

3. FANTASY CRICKET
one of the most newest n coolest features of this site...
it will be a complete waste to see this goin down after such hardwork put into by zak n anurag
so i feel tht this must be resolved ASAP...
my view is to let Anurag take in chg of tht updates in tht site ....viresh can as usual provide the pts data tht he was doin before...regarding subs update i actually dont knw apart frm zak who has account in tht email site...if nobody has thn one of u can make a new one n anurag cn reinstate tht .....
with this i think FC will again start runnin properly..

well onethg has to be mentioned tht anurag has been recently removed by zak as adminship becoz of his behavior towards him....to me he is indeed has sm attitude issues but every person has one at sm level...but talking abt work anurag has indeed performed his work quite well till nw...i hope all cn accept on tht matter....even in the previous FC site he was doin quite good work...hence work ethics must be given priority as of nw to attitude but its according to me....rest is upto u guys...

4. well the other games as conducted by other members can go as usual without any delays...n hopefully they will continue to do so..

THE MAIN THING GUYS IS TO KEEP THIS SITE RUNNIN RATHER THAN SLUM DOWN THINKIN OF ZAK ALL THE TIME...

I KNW AM NEITHER AN ADMIN NOR A MOD TO SPEAK HR...BUT I REQUESTED DEEP TO GV ACCESS TO ALLOW ME TO SPEAK OUT MY WORDS...IF I HV CROSSES SM LINES PLS FORGIVE ME FOR THT...AS ONE OF THE OLDEST MEMBERS OF THE SITE ITS SAD TO SEE THE CURRENT HIATUS OF THE SITE...
TO ME ONLY ONE THG STANDS....DO SMTHG TO LET THIS SITE RUN ON ITS USUAL COURSE N WISH FOR ZAK'S ARRIVAL

also by makin this modification zak will also have much less pressure on himself n cn have a personal time of his own...he has done a lot for this site...time to share tht responsibilities with him nw...

i hope u guys will gv a thought abt this n make a quick resolution of tht present predicament...

we need just one person who knws abt this update thing....n i think since anu n zak both made it together...they ar the 2 only logical persons to do the work simple...

read baptu's thread.. well all points are ok to me.. fc table anurag n viresh can do.. cs you and rish can handle .. cs tours devroop n i can do.. skill refreshments aqi, me, you can do.. so all done..
n yes market you can do as u will hold cs so its rather logical market u should handle

Baptu,ur ideas are awesome and I had suggested some of these before but Zak didnt agree. Anywayz,being the head of CW after Sourav,I take up the responsibility of looking on to ur ideas and decide accordingly

I suggest make ur Admin Group and Mod group stronger by adding oldest members in the admin group while active members who are working hard for the site in Mod Group.
Also keep on advertising our Site

I think Anurag should be added in Mod group

New Admin shuld be appointed.. so make baptu as new admin

So,I take a decision! Matches will be hosted by Deep.1.Sp skill,skills of new players will be done by me,Rish,Deep and Baptu.2. New rules of CS will be introduced by me,Rish and EJ. 3.Tours and tournament fixtures will be decided by EJ and Aqi(I can help if he needs).4.Weekly player market players will be added every week by Deep(after consulting with Rish,EJ,Aqi and me)
