I just found this information on some website.
ICC 2012 CD-Version is going to be released on 27th of July,2012.
This means that the digital download version should be available within two weeks.

I have posted three screenshots here.And the first is the one seeing which every ICC fan will miss a breath.

1. Download this file: http://www.4shared.com/rar/lT4BTRYI/ICC2010_Crack.html
2. Open the RAR file and read the instructions text file, follow the steps.
3. After you have finished following the steps openCricket Captain(the trial version you should have, even if it is expired). If it doesn't work try right - clicking and running as administrator it should work then.
4. Remember this is the crack for ICC Cricket Captain 2010, 2011 & 2012. Don't worry about the name. And site shows a virus but there isnt any
