How can Cosmos defend their title

First topic message reminder :
Its a hard but not impossible for them.
This is what they will want :
1. Win all three games : Making it 15 points for them.
2. Hurricanes vs Dynamos : Hurricanes win | MUST
3. Hurricanes vs Shadows : Any team win | Won't matter to them
I guess my calculations are right !
