ofcourse. indian people are majority over here. so you have to think in their better ways. doesn't matter if you have overseas members or not. they are minority. maybe you don't study my friend but other people in here do. no offence

See to help you I made that rule where 2 levels would be refreshed at the end of a month but still you are having problem keeping your team alive.

Now I really don't think that you can manage ur team well.
