You can also make ur own team but that wont be of any help currently as the T20 tournament is already going on...

and new teams can take part after end of this comp..

So better you join in any existing team ..

Yes u can definitely choose to be ....

Then the team owner if picks u will inform you and then u can let us know bt ur skills ...

When i was new here i was also confused, try to come for 1 or 2 more days and you will get used to the site. See the different threads and understand the game

U can make a thread later when u understand CricSim , a thread to ask an owner to put u in a team, but for that u will need to impress the owners, to impress the owners be active, increase ur posts, Keep on posting and show good cricket knowledge

Dear oh dear. I've been watching cricket for more years than you whipper-snappers have been alive. I've watched cricket at Lords, MCG, SCG, Basin Reserve and Eden Gardens. Have seen Matthew Hayden bludgeon the ball over deep mid-wicket and I've seen Sir Viv Richards do the same with a darn sight more style. I've seen Malcolm Marshall demolish the stumps of unfortunate batsmen (for Hampshire) and I've seen Devon Malcolm hit consecutive sixes over the stand at Chelmsford. I laugh in the general, though non-specific direction, of 'cricket knowledge'. Who cares, quite frankly? If you enjoy the game, who cares how much you know?

No Heef, it has other importance too, if u have a good cricket knowledge, then it means u can analyze well, it depends on how well u can analyze the pitch conditions and ur team players according to the conditions coz this game is also about good analyzing and if u analyze well surely u will send a strong line up. ;Like WE can say U need to think over 5 star players availible but u can include only 4 of them so how well u can analyze them, their performance. But anyways more thing matters that u post more
