What to do here ?

The members here communicate with each other via posting. That is they post something in a particular thread/topic and wait for replies in that thread to their post.

They can again reply to that post and continue so on.

How to post ?

To post go in any thread, for example this thread.
Scroll to the bottom of the page.
You can see a text box there if you are logged in.
Enter your text there and click on send button below it.

How to check any replies to that post ?

The next time you open the thread/topic where you posted your message, you can see what all have been posted after you had posted there . You can again post in reply to those posts.

What is this CricSim ?

It is a game here where member made teams play cricket against each other,

How to join CricSim team ?

Just post in this thread and the owners will reply here. Look into the thread again after some time and get in talks with them.
