Tell me one thing, if int player is selected then his Skills will remain same forever???

eg suppose cummins is picked and his bowling skills is 75. So suppose he picks wickets and wickets in real matches. Does his skill increase assuming that the owner of the team for which cummins play doesnt increase his skills inspite of the fact that he takes 3 wickets or 5 wickets

when you pick a player

eg cummins

and his skill is 75 then it will stay 75 forever till you change him

and if his skills are increased then the other team that picks him will get it

I guess viresh is online but he doesn't know the changes probably.
