as this Agreement with F players have been bringing up controverseys and miss understandings between teams and members so i request SV to cancel this agreeement from now

if any new member comes then lets leave this matter to his wish

which team he wants to join he will decide
No team member or Owner should approach him to join his team

I hope this is better and will be fair and no more controverseys arise between teams and members

there should be a general thread about each cricsim team explaining about the team. and each new user should be directed to that thread.. from there he may choose one team and let sourav know about his choice then sourav will notify that team captain about it.. if team captain requires that player he says yes to sourav if he doesnt need he says no.. then second priority team's captain will be notified about new palyers wish to join them and procedure goes on..

i hope its good idea.. any confusion over it.. let me know.
