Attack +/- || Defense +/- moves SYSTEM

The rule goes like this :
Pokemon LEVEL : the amount of number added to ur attack or defense
1-9 : 1
10-19: 2
20-29: 3
30-39: 4
40-49: 5
50-59: 6
60-69: 7
and so on ...

So if
Geodude of level 7 uses defense curl , its defense increases by 1
while a geodude of level 27 can use it and get defense increased by 3

This is a small change to existing system where defense and attack increase were giving +2 defense or +3 defense

meaning the defences and attack will now inc acc to this system and not with every level??
