Toss:Champions won the toss and decided to bat first.

After winning the toss Champions captain Fardin Kibria without hesitation elected to bat first.The two openers Jaques Kallis and Fardin Kibria where as Aqi the skipper of Warriors got ready to bowl first over.Aqi got rid off kallis in his 2nd over and Champions lost their wicket for 17 runs.This time surprisingly Adam Gilchrist came down the order and failed again as Mashrafe Mortaza got him for just 6 runs.After completion of 5 overs Champions were at the stage of 32/2.

After losing two quick wickets Champions came back into the game strongly with the help of their skipper F.Kibria(Sr.) and Andrew Strauss.Strauss and Fardin made a fine partnership of 58 runs.Fardin was dismissed by all rounder Yuvraj Singh for 46.Fardin just missed out his fifty as Champions lost one more wicket.Yuvraj also dismissed Andrew Strauss for a valuable knock of 39 runs.from then champions were fired up by the all rounders Albie,Dwayne and Tendo as Champions got 37 runs from the 18 and 19th overs.Albie Morkel got out in the death but Ryan Tendoeschate stayed in the crease till the end.an economical last over from Sourav restricted Champions for a competetive total of 166.

Warriors got off to a flyer start from the two openers Sourav and Nikhil George as they scored 74 runs in just 10 overs at the rate 7.4 runs per over.Nikhil george was dismissed for 37 by all rounder Jaques Kallis.Warriors were at the stage of 91 when they lost their first wicket.A good knock from the debutant came to an end by the stunning catch from Fardin Kibria skipper of Champions.Sourav was on fire from the start as he scored 50 from just 33 balls.Chris gayle came in after the fall of first wicket and smacked Albie Morkel for a huge six.Warriors were asked to score at an rate of 10 runs per over in the last 5 overs.Abdul Razzak bowled an absolute blinder at this stage and just gave 6 runs off his over.

In the last over Warriors needed 6 runs of the over.it was quite and easy task for the warriors but Warriors got a big blow as The skipper takes the ball and dismissed the dangerous Sourav on his first ball.Sourav was dismissed after an blistering knock of 72 runs from just 49 balls by Fardin Kibria.Yuvraj singh came out to bat.Fardin bowls another beauty as this time its just a dot ball.Warriors needed one big hit to win.Yuvraj made it for Warriors as he had hit a four on the third ball.Just 2 runs needed of last 3 balls as it just a pretty task for the mighty Warriors.But it was Champions who made it more tougher for the Warriors as the Champions Skipper Fardin didnt gave away simply the match as he bowled 2 dot balls and pushed warriors into deep trouble.2 runs was needed on the last ball.Who will win Champions or Warriors??this was the question running out on the minds of Fans because all the three results were possible at that time as Warriors just needed one big hit.But indeed its Champions who proved themselves as real champions.

The skipper of Champions bowled an beauty of slower ball on the last delivery and The warriors had lost the match to Champins with 1 run.it was all Champions skipper Fardin Kibria who made it for them.Champions have really won an close shave as Champions opened their account in the points table with a close win over Warriors.
