Lucky Draw Auction (Suggestion)

In FTP - I after every month there was a Monthly Auction where we can buy players.
So I suggest bring that type of auction back 1 last time as there are legends which can play in Cricsim like Glenn McGrath, Anil Kumble etc..
Allow every team to choose 2 players who are not playing right now.
This can benefit all teams for sure.
How this should be Done:
All Teams must message Sv there 2 players with the players whom they want to replace.
If there is a tie breaker between 2 teams, then use ODD/Even System to find out which team will get player.
ODD/EVEN system so that teams having less FM can also take advantage.
It will be great opportunity to replace 65 skills players with atleast 80+ players.
Criteria For Selecting a Player:
He must have played his last match after 2000.
